This easy-to-use 2-in-1 thermometer is ideal for food Prep and food service areas.  

Probe is adjustable through 180° and locks in place at 45°, 90°, 135° or 180°.

Comes with a 30mm LCD display with simultaneous display of IR and probe temperatures.

Non-contact infrared thermometer also comes with a folding penetration probe to read core temperatures.
